WOFVA’s NATIVE PLANT SALE MAY 21

April 19, 2022

Hi, all — It is time to replace the left knee. I will be back!

WOFVA’s 22nd Native Plant, Tree and Shrub Sale

As we promised, we invite you to join us for the over-the-counter native-plants sale. The Wild Ones Fox Valley Area Chapter’s (WOFVA) 22nd Annual Native Plant Sale will be held on Saturday, May 21st at the WILD Center at 2285 Butte des Morts Beach Road in Neenah from 9AM to 2PM. It will be $7.00 for each plant. Besides native prairie, woodland, and wet mesic plants, there will also be swamp and butterflyweed milkweed plants available for sale.

Do you want to start a rain garden? How about a butterfly garden? Or do you merely want to integrate native plants into your existing landscaping to provide better habitat for pollinators? Knowledgeable people will be on hand to answer your questions at the WILD Center on May 21st.

Cheerful volunteers Rich and Pat Fischer help get ready for the WOFVA Chapter annual plant sale.

See a detailed list of native prairie, woodland, and wet mesic plants available at the sale, or if you need assistance in selecting native plants, see Native-Plant Alternatives. The native plants featured are high-quality nursery-propagated forbs, grasses, ferns, and vines in 4-inch pots, 1- to 2-year growth. Trees and shrubs are available through pre-order only, and will not be available for sale.

Plant Sale Trail

Again this year, Outagamie County Master Gardeners Association and Wild Ones Fox Valley Area Chapter are partnering on their 4th annual Plant Sale Trail. For more information about plant species available at each site and a map, go to Plant Sale Flyer.
