Spring Ephemerals | Accent on Natural Landscaping

It’s very windy, and the temperature is about normal. But the ephemerals still keep coming! This is what I have in my woodland.

Cutleaf Toothwart (Cardamine concatenata) and Cabbage White butterfly (Pieris rapae)

They usually come in blue and lavender flowers, but this one is pink. Virginia Bluebells (Mertensia virginica)

Common Blue Violets (Viola sororia/communis) and one Confederate Violet (Viola sororia)

Jack-in-the-Pulpit. (Arisaema triphyllum)

Cream Violet (Viola striata) or Pale Violet

Great WhiteTrillium (Trillim grandiflorum) or Wake Robin
