Our backyard Christmas morning 2016. Thankfully the rain didn't come until later in the evening, so we were able to enjoy a white Christmas.

It’s difficult to believe that 2016 has come and gone and left us with so much uncertainty with respect to the future of our environment (besides many other unknowns). But I can truthfully say I am very grateful not to be bombarded with national political ads every 7 or 8 minutes.

My wish for you and yours is a pleasant New Year’s celebration with many good friends and family members, and a cheerful and positive outlook for the rest of 2017 and beyond.
