August 11, 2017

The cost of the lifetime senior pass to USA national parks and federal recreational lands is increasing effective August 28, 2017. If you’re 62 or older and haven’t yet purchased your lifetime pass for the current $10, you might like to consider purchasing one now.

Purchase a lifetime pass on-line.

Purchased via USPS using paper application for lifetime senior pass.

A pass can also be purchased at various park locations throughout the USA. List of locations where national parks lifetime senior passes are sold.

In June 2016, my friend Kristin Kauth and I used our Senior Passes to do a wildflower tour of Glacier, Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. Above is a short video taken during a tour of the lower loop of Yellowstone National Park. It’s the Lower Falls morning rainbow looking from Artist’s Point.
