Bees Death Toll – 800,000+

March 22, 2017

Fresno County (California) agriculture officials have investigated at least 12 cases of bee deaths since February, amounting to 800,000+ bee deaths. Their investigation includes checking the laws regarding application of pesticides.

“… it appears that the pesticide applications were done lawfully…. Recent lab results found an average of 17 different pesticides from a sample of bees.” (The Fresno Bee)

How can we expect bees or for that matter any insect to survive with so many unnatural chemicals in their bodies?

Special Note:  Good news!  President Trump signed the legislation to place the Rusty Patched Bumblebee on the endangered and threatened list. See Rusty Patched Bumblebee Endangered Listing on Hold.
