AccentNL has a New Look

March 5, 2018

You’ve probably noticed the Accent on Natural Landscaping website has a new look — yep! Because it’s maple syrup season, I decided to brighten up the website. I changed the background photo to a cheery fall Sugar Maple tree. Here’s the original photo.

This Sugar Maple (Acer saccharum) with a variety of spruce trees (foreground) and White Cedar (Thuja occidentalis) and Green Ash (Graxinus pennsylvanica) (background) is the view I get to see everyday from my backyard. The only thing that could make it more perfect would be an extension of my prairie through our neighbors’ yards.

Making Maple Syrup

If you’re inclined to think about making maple syrup, see my post from last year Sugar Maples (Acer saccharum) — Yum!
